INSTALLATION

Fnd the nstallaton measurements from the table accordng to the model of your devce.Install

your devce n accordance wth the measurements and the dagram.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

Before startng to nstall the devce, check f the voltage stated on the type label agrees wth the

mans voltage. If no ground sgn exsts on the electrcal dagram on the type label, no groundng

would be necessary for power connecton of the product. If the devce s to be drectly connected

to the mans, an electrcal swteh should be provded n betwen, whch must have a 3 mm gap

between bpolar contact ends. Such electrcal swtch should conform to standards.

IMPORTANT

A mnmum dstance of 65 cm should be provded between the cookng devce and the cooker

hood. If the cooker hood shares the space wth another devce operatng on non-electrcal energy,

the space must be specﬁcally ventlated. In the space, the negatve pressure must not exceed 4 Pa

(0,00004 bar). The cooker hood ﬂue should strctly not beconnected to another ﬂue that s used

by any other devce operatng wth non-electrcal energy. Do not cook ﬂamed food underneath

your cooker hood. The cooker hood should be perodcally eleaned and thus freed from any ol

and smlar deposts n order to prevent any ﬁre rsk and n order not to reduce the sucton capacty

of your devce. You must absolutely observe statutory safety rules that have been astablshed

break the electrcal connecton of the devce.

MAINTENANCE

Before commencng any mantenance operaton, strctly break the electrcal connecton of the

devce. Dependng on the frequency of use of the cookervhood, wash alumnum ﬁlters once a

month n tepd water wth detergent wthout damagng them. Before re-nstallng ﬁlters,bu sure

that they are dry. Clean stanless surfaces of the cooker hood wth a soft cloth wetted wth

denatured ethyl alcohol or wth a cleaner specal for such surfaces. Do not use cleaners that could

scratch surfaces. In cleanng panted surfaces, use a cloth wetted wth tepd water and neutral

detergent and then dry surfaces. Carbon ﬁlters wll not be washed, they wll be replaced once

every 2 to 6 months, dependng on the frequeney ol use.

CARBON FILTER INSTALLATION

1) Type KF-A / KF-C : There should be used 2 unts of Carbon ﬁlters for two sdes of the plastc

body of the engne. There are two nals on the sde of the plastc body of engne. Place each of

the carbon ﬁlter on the nals and turn the ﬁlter 90 degress (quarter tour ) untl a clck sound s

heard. Assemble the second ﬁlter by follewng the same drectons to the other sde of the plastc

engne body. To ds-assemble the ﬁlters ; follow the nstructon from backwards.

2) Type KF-B : There should be used 1 unt of Carbon ﬁlter. The carbon ﬁlter sould be placed to

the front of the metal box whch contanes the engne kt nsde. The nals ont he bottom of the

carbon ﬁlter should be placed to the holes on the metal box ( the holes whch are placed towards

the wall ) and the clps on the top of the carbon ﬁlter should be pushed nto the metal box and

locked.
