Read through these operating

instructions carefully before using the

appliance. Become familiar with the

functions and method of operation. To

ensure proper operation, always

maintain the appliance according to the

instructions. The operating instructions

and associated documents should

always be kept close to the appliance.

intended use

This doubly insulated electric tool is designed to

be manually operated. It has an appealing shape

and small dimensions, which facilitate easy

transportation. It is safe and reliable when in

operation. It is driven by a single phase electric

motor via a V-belt. It is suitable for planing

wooden beams or boards.

2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When using power tools, you must observe

the follwing basic safety precautions in order

to ensure protection from electric shocks,

injury and fire. Read and follow all the

plate.

The machine has been double-

insulated in accordance with EN

60745; therefore, an earth wire is not

necessary.

When replacing old cables or plugs

Throw away old cables or plugs immediately as

soon as new ones have replaced these. It is

dangerous to put the plug of a loose cable into

the socket outlet.

When using extension cables

Only use an approved extension cable that is

suitable for the machine’s power. The cores must

have a diameter of at least 1.5 mm

. When the

extension cable is on a reel, unroll the cable in its

entirety.

1. Malfunction in the mains plug, power cable or

damaging of cable.

2. Broken switch.

3. Smoke or stench of scorched insulation.
